Children Support Groups and Youth Advocacy
Safe Haven offers support groups for adults, but there have also been support groups recently added this year for youth. With the addition of our Youth Advocate in February, we have a significant increase in youth programming and services.

Safe Haven offers various support groups for survivors of abuse. Taking a first step to attend a support group is a huge milestone in a survivor’s life. However, before stepping into that support group setting, many have questions and are uncertain of what to expect.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Every October, Safe Haven participates in Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This year marks 30 years of October being recognized as Domestic Violence Awareness Month! We have several events going on this year that are open to the community.
